5. Quotations and Orders

You are solely responsible for determining whether any product, component, alternative part, replacement part, obsolete part or sourced item is suitable for your intended application.

You must independently verify:

  2. Datasheets;
  3. Electrical characteristics;
  4. Package and pin compatibility;
  5. Date code and lot requirements;
  6. Quality, authenticity and testing requirements;
  7. Regulatory, safety and certification requirements;
  8. Export-control, sanctions and end-use restrictions;
  9. Whether the component is suitable for life-support, medical, automotive, aerospace, military, nuclear, safety-critical or high-reliability applications.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Honray does not provide design validation, engineering certification, regulatory certification, safety approval, end-use approval or suitability warranty.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, layout, design, graphics, logos, trade names, service names, icons, images, databases, product listings, website structure, source code, user interface elements and other materials, is owned by Honray or licensed to Honray, unless otherwise stated.
